Part Time

Full time enrolment is not for everyone.  Many people choose to enrol in 1 - 2 units per year.  The results are slower but means that full time enrolment in school and attendance at work is usually still possible.

Attendance patterns will be negotiated with you,  however you will need to be available to do each of your exercises for at least 3 hours per week.  We are open from 8.00am - 5.00pm on Mondays to Thursday and 8.00 - 4.30 on Fridays.
